About Mersea Island parkrun
Mersea Island parkrun is a free, weekly 5 km community event at Cudmore Grove Country Park in East Mersea. Runners, joggers and walkers can take part on Saturday mornings, and volunteers help the event run.
The event is separate from the country park itself. Check the organiser’s latest event information for any cancellation or course changes before travelling.
